This policy explains what information FlipingBook (“we”) collects when you visit this website, buy FlipingBook or use the app, and how we use it. In short: your documents never leave your computer.

Your documents stay on your computer

The files you open in FlipingBook, the books you create, your highlights (My Words), bookmarks, favorites, collections and reading history are stored only on your device. We do not upload, read or store them.

Information we receive

When you buy. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details, and shares with us the information we need to deliver and support your license (such as your email and order details). We never see your full card details. Paddle’s handling of your data is described in its Privacy Policy.

When you activate the app. To activate and check your license, the app sends your license key, an activation identifier and your computer’s name to our license server. This only happens for license checks.

When you contact us. If you email us, we keep your message and email address to answer you.

This website. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use this information only to deliver and verify your license, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep license and order records for as long as your license is active and as required by law. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at support@flipingbook.app.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
